Acceptance of terms

By using NoTaxThanks you accept these terms. If you disagree with any of them, do not use the service.

Service description

NoTaxThanks provides:

  1. Free calculator: estimated tax comparison for 1 destination country, at no cost.
  2. Full paid report ($19 one-time): multi-country comparison + "Implications from Spain" column + downloadable PDF + AI-generated personalized guide.

Payment and delivery

  • Price: $19 USD one-time, no subscription, no auto-renewal.
  • Processed by Stripe Checkout. We have no access to your card.
  • PDF is delivered immediately after payment, at /success?session_id=....
  • Access to the PDF is linked to your checkout session: return to that URL to re-download.

Refunds

  • If a technical error prevents PDF generation or it arrives corrupted, we regenerate it at no cost or refund the payment in full.
  • Once the PDF has been successfully downloaded, refunds do not apply (it's a digital product already delivered).
  • For incidents or refund requests due to technical error: [email protected], response within 72 business hours.

Acceptable use

You commit to:

  • Not using NoTaxThanks to make tax decisions without first consulting a licensed advisor.
  • Not redistributing, reselling or publishing mass copies of the PDF report (personal use yes, commercial redistribution no).
  • Not attempting to break the system (rate limiting, mass scraping, API reverse engineering).

Liability limitation

As detailed in the legal notice, NoTaxThanks is an educational tool. NoTaxThanks is not liable for residency, relocation or company-structure decisions made based on the report. Figures are based on published rates that may change.

Maximum liability in any case is limited to the amount paid by the buyer ($19 USD).

Service availability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". NoTaxThanks does not guarantee 24/7 availability or absence of interruptions (maintenance, Vercel/Stripe updates, third-party failures). If an incident blocks payment or PDF generation, we refund.

Modifications

These terms may change. The last update date appears at the bottom. Material changes will be announced on the home page.

Applicable law

As detailed in the legal notice: the law of the user's country of residence applies, unless mandatory consumer-protection regulations provide otherwise.
